Seven useful questions

Wheebuy Spreadsheet Checklist Before Saving a Find

Use the row score to slow down the first pass. It is a research aid, not a quality, seller or purchase guarantee.

Quick answer

A row should earn its place. Check category fit, useful photos, sizing, price context, shipping weight, clarity and your reason to save. Six or seven checks makes it a strong research candidate—not a verified product.

Tick only what you can actually see in the row or on its clearly connected page. Missing information is not a yes.

What the number means

6–7

Strong candidate

Keep it in the shortlist for deeper checking. The score does not verify quality or the seller.

4–5

Research more

Name the missing points. Open a link only if it could realistically answer them.

2–3

Weak row

Too much of the decision rests on guesses. Compare a clearer row first.

QC photos by category

CategoryPhotos that answer useful questions
Shoes and sneakersBoth sides, toe, heel, outsole, insole or size label, and close details.
Hoodies and shirtsFront, back, collar or hood, seams, detail work and a measurement view.
JacketsExterior, lining, closures, cuffs, pockets, measurements and fill or material clues.
PantsFront, back, waistband, tags, full length and measurement points.
BagsAll sides, interior, base, closures, hardware, straps and a clear sense of scale.
Watches and jewelryDial or face, back, clasp, finish, dimensions and close-ups without misleading scale.

A QC finder or QC photo finder is useful only when the images belong to the same item and show the details your category needs. More photos are not automatically better if they repeat the same view.

Good row example

Example: “Navy zip hoodie; size chart shows chest and length; front, back and seam photos visible; weight still needs comparison.”

The row has a clear category, several details you can check, one known gap and a specific next step.

Weak row example

Example: “Popular hoodie—great price.”

The label does not identify measurements, photo coverage, source relevance or weight. Popularity and price do not fill in the missing details.

One-sentence save rule

Save the row only if you can say what it is, which details help, what remains unknown and why another comparison is worth your time.

What to do next

Go back to the category guide when too many rows fail the same question. Read the shipping weight guide for heavy or bulky items, the safety notes for external-link caution, or the FAQ for direct answers.
