Compare before you commit

How to compare shopping agent spreadsheet pages

Two pages can carry different agent names and still show many of the same products. Start with what you need, then keep the page that makes the comparison easier.

Quick answer

Compare the page and its product information, not just the agent name. Check the update date, category layout, source links, photo context, sizing or weight notes, and who owns the final support channel. If two pages give you the same information, keep the clearer one.

Start with the thing you are trying to buy

It is easy to lose an evening opening pages with different names and nearly identical rows. Before comparing them, write down the product and the detail you are missing. “Black zip hoodie, chest measurement needed” is enough. That sentence gives you a reason to keep or close every page you open.

If a page cannot help with that detail, it is not a better page for this job—even if it looks polished or carries a familiar agent name.

Compare the page, not the name

CheckWhat to look forWhy it matters
Page and dateA clear owner, working navigation and a meaningful update date.An old page may still look finished while its links have changed.
Category layoutProducts grouped closely enough for a fair comparison.Shoes, bags and jackets need different checks.
Source linksDestinations that open and still resemble the saved item.A copied title is less helpful than a traceable page.
Photos and sizingRelevant angles, readable measurements and clear units.Photo count alone does not answer a fit or detail question.
Weight notesWhether the figure is item weight, estimated packed weight or a rough range.Packaging can change the comparison.
Support ownershipWhich site or service handles account, order and shipping questions.A directory page cannot answer for another company.

Agent names you may run into

Pages may mention CNFans, Kakobuy, ACBuy, Mulebuy, Superbuy, AllChinaBuy, CSSBuy, Sugargoo, Hoobuy, OOPBuy, ParcelUp or BaseTao. You may also see newer or less familiar names. The name by itself does not tell you whether a page is current, whether its rows are original or whether its links still work.

Start with the six checks above. If you later need account, order, shipping or payment information, go to the current official support channel for that service. Do not treat a directory, blog or copied spreadsheet as the company’s support desk.

Check the destination before signing in. Similar names and copied page titles can lead to different websites. Confirm the domain and page owner before entering private information.

Three comparisons that save time

FIT

“I need hoodie measurements”

Keep the page with readable chest and length measurements. A longer product list is not helpful if every row is missing the same information.

SOURCE

“I need the original Weidian link”

Keep the row that reaches a matching item or shop context with fewer redirects. Close pages that lead only to a homepage or unrelated item.

WEIGHT

“I need a likely packed weight”

Prefer a page that explains the unit and whether packaging is included. A bare number without context should stay marked as unknown.

When to close the tab

  • The page has a new year in the title but no clear sign that the links were checked.
  • Most rows send you through redirects or land on unrelated products.
  • Photos are copied, tiny or missing the angle needed for your decision.
  • Measurements and weight figures have no units or explanation.
  • The page makes broad “best,” “safe” or “official” claims without showing who is responsible for them.
  • Two open pages contain the same rows and neither adds a detail you need.

Save one note with each surviving page

A short note prevents you from repeating the same work the next day. Copy this structure and fill it in while the page is open:

Product: [what I am comparing]
Reason to keep: [the detail this page adds]
Source page: [exact item, shop, album or results page]
Still missing: [photo, measurement, weight or current support answer]
Next step: [one check only]

Once two pages answer the same question, keep the clearer one. A smaller set of well-labeled tabs is easier to return to than a long list of names.
